          Engage your deeper intuition and body wisdom to know if a food or substance is good for your body or not.
        Sorting out mixed messages such as if there are good and toxic factors in what you are testing.
          This will exercise and develop your inner intuitive ability and you will learn to trust yourself first - above all else.
 
6 week course.
1 hour+ per session.
Over Zoom.
All sessions fulfilled in the event a date and time needs to be changed.
