In this enlightening class I will walk you through how to deal with the emotions that are arising from the loss of a loved one whether human or pet and
how to become aware of the contact that is already happening.
Then on how the mechanics work when you think of them and how to be aware of their presence and communication with you. 
I will be walking you through how to do what I practice, have done and do hands on.( so to speak :-))

1 hour+ per session.
Over Zoom.
All sessions fulfilled in the event a date and time needs to be changed.
